If I were to receive a resume like this I would call you for an interview. The only thing I would change is the last bullet – Possess excellent strong time management – pick excellent or strong.
Best Fuel holders:
I bought a wire rack set many years ago that works super well and I still use it. since then Weber has switched to the sheet metal unit. I dot like it as well but it still works pretty well. I like what you call" rails" much better and its my personal preference.
Fuel starter:
take a look at the virtual bullet site below and get yourself a Weber brand charcoal chimney, they are the best and most efficient on the market, hands down. I dont use any other brand.
Rib rack for holding leg quarters:
I guess you could try it but you need to find a rack that will hold the quarters and not just stand them up. When I do chicken on my grill I love using a cast iron pan heated on the grill and then set on top of the chicken. it speeds up cooking (no burning) still gives the grilled flavor and produces fully cooked chicken without burning it. I use the indirect method and get a big pile of briquettes going but dont cook the chicken over the briquettes but to the side.
The smokenator:
If you like bbq and coking low and slow this is a invalueable accessory to have. I dont have one because i own 2 smokers and also customized a old 22 into a small smoker.
Thermometers:
Grilling temperatures are not important like smoking temperatures. If you will be meat smoking you should have a accurate thermometer and I bought a Taylor Brand oven thermometer which works very well for under $10.00. I got mine from Ace hardware.
Go to the last link at the bottom. Even though it is a bbq not grilling forum, many members like myself, have webers and there many good tipsand ideas there. Just use the search function and type in "weber grill" you will find many discussions on different uses, and accessories, etc.
